      3) name check (if required);
      4) booking a time at notary’s office;
      5) preparation of all necessary documentation (incl. letter of authority, contracts, 
          statute, applications etc.);
      6) all obligatory expenses:
          -  notary’s fee;
          -  state duties.
      7) handing the documentation in to the Commercial Register;
      8) translation English / Estonian at the notary;
